These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products, including NFC-enabled digital business cards, keyrings, table stands and any other products launched at a later date (collectively, the “Services”). By placing an order or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Our Services
1.1 Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
1.2 Account and Information Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or submitting data to be encoded. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and its legality.
1.3 Content Guidelines
You must not provide or request that we encode any:
- False, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Offensive, obscene, or unlawful content
- Content that infringes on third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy)
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order containing prohibited or suspicious content.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1 Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in £ GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment through Stripe payment gateway.
2.2 Customization
You are responsible for checking and approving the accuracy of any customized content before final confirmation. We do not accept liability for errors you approved prior to production.
2.3 Order Cancellation
Orders for custom products cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at Contact@tap-ping.co.uk.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Shipping
We ship across the United Kingdom using Royal mail. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
3.2 Delays and Damages
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at: contact@tap-ping.co.uk and we will work to resolve the issue.
5. Intellectual Property
All branding, designs, logos, and content created by us remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our products for personal or business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or modify our materials without permission.
6. Product Functionality and Limitations
Our NFC products are designed to function with most modern smartphones that support NFC scanning. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or operating systems. It is the customer’s responsibility to test device compatibility before purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Losses due to incorrect, outdated, or misused contact data
- Third-party misuse of publicly accessible information encoded in your NFC product
Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
